I met Ernesto just shy of a decade ago at his old location. I was looking to purchase a engagement ring for my now wife. I was young, and had no idea what I was looking for, he sent me away to do my research and look at a few other shops first before we got stuck into custom designing the ring. I will always remember that as it showed me it was never about making a sale, he was there to help create this beautiful bespoke ring that ticked all the boxes. He helped create a 3D print of what the ring would look like, altered anything that needed to be changed, found a diamond that fit what I was after, and we worked as a team. He was never pushy and always made time for me. I have purchased all my jewellery from Midas ever since, and he always gives our rings a complimentary clean and polish. We now live a lot further away from his new location, and we made the effort to drive all the way out to visit, he welcomed my wife, my daughters and myself with open arms.
